You give us information when you take our Growth Score quiz, fill out a form, book a call, sign up for emails or texts, or become a client. That can include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your studio name, city, and website
- Your answers to our quiz about your studio's marketing, sales, finances, and team
- Business details you share with us on a call or during onboarding
- Billing information, if you become a client. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website, we collect some technical information on our own:
- Your IP address and general location (city or region, not your street address)
- Your browser, device type, and operating system
- Which pages you visited, how long you stayed, and what you clicked
- The website or ad that sent you to us
3. How we use your information
We use what we collect to:
- Give you your Growth Score results
- Answer your questions and set up your call
- Send you emails and text messages you asked to get
- Provide our services if you become a client
- Make our website, our offers, and our ads better
- Measure how our marketing is doing
- Keep our business and our records safe, and follow the law
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and agree to get text messages, we may text you about your Growth Score, your appointment, or our services.
We do not share your mobile information with anyone for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Agreeing to get texts is never required to buy anything from us.
5. Cookies and tracking

- Google Analytics and Google Ads — to see how people use the site and to measure our ads
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel — to measure our ads and show them to the right people
- Our CRM and booking tools — to connect your quiz or form answers to your record

We may also share information if the law requires it, if we need to protect our rights or someone's safety, or if our business is ever sold or merged.
7. We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. And as we said above, we never share your mobile phone opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and run our business, and for as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete what we are allowed to delete.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us to stop sending you marketing
- Ask us not to sell or share it (we do not sell it anyway)
If you live in California, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. If you live in Canada, you have rights under PIPEDA and your province's privacy law. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
